The NWPA Society of Plastics Engineers is a nonprofit professional organization founded to facilitate and encourage growth, knowledge, and expertise among the membership by offering educational and professional development opportunities focused on the plastics industry. NWPA SPE operates on the FY from July 1st to June 30th. During this time we offer our members technical presentation meetings, social gatherings, a Christmas Dinner and Awards Ceremony and a very impressive Golf Outing. We support Manufacturing Outreach efforts at local schools.
Organized on October 1, 1945, the Northwestern Pennsylvania Section is one of the oldest sections of SPE. THE NWPA Section is comprised of members in three county area of Erie, Crawford, and Warren, PA. It is a recognized section under the national organization of The Society of Plastics Engineers.
